1. Your two balances
Playing Chips are non-withdrawable bonus funds. Real Chips are your withdrawable balance, subject to account eligibility and required checks. Bonuses do not guarantee winnings or profit.
2. New-account signup bonus
New eligible accounts receive 1,000 Playing Chips on signup. This is a bonus-chip credit, not an immediate cash withdrawal.
3. How bonus chips unlock
Each eligible settled bonus chip wagered unlocks up to one remaining Playing Chip into Real Chips. Only settled bonus-funded wagers count; pending or voided wagers do not unlock funds. The amount unlocked is limited by the Playing Chips remaining after settlement. Losing or exhausting bonus chips does not guarantee conversion of the original bonus.
4. 100% first eligible deposit match
After your Playing Chips are exhausted, your first eligible deposit from ₹100 to ₹5,000 receives a matching number of bonus Playing Chips. The reward is available once per eligible account, with a maximum of 5,000 bonus chips. Your account’s deposit screen confirms eligibility.
Examples: deposit ₹100 and receive 100 extra Playing Chips; deposit ₹1,000 and receive 1,000 extra; deposit ₹5,000 and receive 5,000 extra. Deposits outside the eligible range do not qualify. Bonus chips use the wagering rule above and are not instantly withdrawable.
5. Direct and second-level referrals
Receive 10% of your direct referral’s first successful deposit, capped at 500 Real Chips. If that person refers another player, you receive 5% of the second-level player’s first successful deposit. The direct referrer also receives their own 10% direct reward, capped at 500 Real Chips.
Referral rewards are paid in Real Chips after the eligible first deposit succeeds. A failed or cancelled payment is not a qualifying deposit. Do not create duplicate or self-referred accounts.
6. Daily withdrawal limit
Withdrawal requests are limited to a total of ₹500 per user per calendar day, measured in Asia/Kolkata (India time). Only eligible Real Chips can be withdrawn. Account checks, payment availability and other applicable restrictions still apply.
7. Play responsibly
