1. Controller and scope
Liberty Markets Ltd, company no. 16905599, is the controller of personal data used to operate Chakri.Casino. Registered office: Unit 29, Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Horndean, Waterlooville, Hampshire PO8 0BT, United Kingdom. Contact info@libertymarkets.uk with the subject “Privacy request” or use signed-in Support.
This notice is version 2026.09.1, effective and last reviewed 5 September 2026. It applies to the public website, account registration, games, account security and Support.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect information you provide, information created when you use the service, and limited information returned by service providers.
- Identity and contact data: name, Login ID, mobile number, email, date of birth, country and verification status.
- Account and security data: password hash, one-time-code events, sign-in events, access status, administrative actions and suspected-abuse signals. We do not display your existing password to staff.
- Gameplay data: game selected, session activity, virtual-chip entries, results, favourites and account controls.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, request and error logs, and approximate location inferred from network information where used for security.
- Support and preference data: messages, complaints, account requests, consent records, age-gate choice and cookie settings.
3. What we do not collect for the current model
The current service does not accept deposits or provide cash withdrawals. We do not intentionally ask for full card numbers, bank credentials or cryptocurrency wallet keys. Never send payment credentials, passwords or one-time codes to Support.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
We use personal data only when a lawful basis applies.
- Contract: to register and administer an account, authenticate you, provide games and virtual-chip records, deliver requested settings and answer Support requests.
- Legitimate interests: to secure accounts, prevent abuse and fraud, diagnose faults, keep audit records, defend legal claims and improve reliability. We balance these interests against your rights.
- Legal obligation: to respond to lawful requests, maintain required company and security records, and meet applicable legal duties.
- Consent: for optional analytics or marketing where consent is required. Optional measurement remains off unless you actively accept it, and consent can be withdrawn through Cookie choices.
5. If you do not provide information
Required registration and verification fields are needed to create and protect an adult account. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to open or recover the account. Optional information and optional tracking are not required to use core public pages.
6. Sources
Most data comes directly from you or your device. We may also receive delivery status and security metadata from communications, hosting and security providers, and records entered by authorised staff when handling your account or Support request.
7. Sharing and processors
We may share only the data needed with hosting and infrastructure providers, email or SMS and OTP delivery services, security and fraud-prevention services, game-technology suppliers, consented analytics providers, professional advisers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Processors act under contractual instructions and security obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for third-party behavioural advertising on the current public service.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we use an adequacy regulation, approved contractual clauses with the UK addendum or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose described, account administration, security, complaints, legal claims and applicable record-keeping duties. Retention is set by data category, the status of the account, unresolved disputes, security risk and legal requirements.
When retention is no longer justified, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Account closure does not require immediate deletion of records that remain necessary to protect users, establish claims or comply with law.
10. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK GDPR rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You can also ask us to explain how your data is used. Some rights are limited where an exemption or continuing lawful need applies.
- To exercise a right, use signed-in Support or email the privacy contact. We may verify identity before disclosing or changing account data.
- You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Direct-marketing objections are honoured without requiring reasons.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
11. Automated tools
Security systems may automatically flag unusual sign-ins, repeated one-time-code attempts or suspected abuse for restriction or review. We do not currently use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. If that changes, this notice and the applicable review rights will be updated.
12. Children
Chakri.Casino is for adults aged 18 and over. We use age-gating and date-of-birth information as part of access controls. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and delete or restrict data as appropriate.
13. Security
We use role-based access, protected credentials, one-time verification, transport security, logging, backups and operational controls appropriate to the risk. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected compromise promptly and never share your password or one-time code.
14. Complaints and contact
Contact info@libertymarkets.uk or use signed-in Support first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. A complaint does not affect any other legal rights.
