Server-recorded play
A game action is accepted only when the service records it. Server logs and the resulting account entry determine the official virtual-chip result. Animations, connection delay or a screenshot do not override the recorded result.
Game information
Each title should provide instructions, available actions and the way a result is determined. All play is for virtual chips with no monetary value. We do not claim that social-game outcomes carry a real-money gambling certification.
Disconnections and faults
If a connection fails, reload the account history before repeating an action. We may void, restore or correct an affected virtual-chip entry when logs show an incomplete action, duplicate request, software defect or manifestly incorrect result.
Prohibited conduct
Bots, auto-clickers, collusion, account sharing, multi-accounting, client modification, data manipulation, exploiting defects and unauthorised access are prohibited. We may preserve relevant logs, restrict access and correct chips while investigating.
Reviewing a result
Submit the game name, approximate date and time, account Login ID, round or reference number if shown, and a description through Support. Never send a password or one-time code. We will use server records to review the issue.
