1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of Chakri.Casino, a service operated by Liberty Markets Ltd, company no. 16905599. By creating an account or using the signed-in service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the footer.

2. Entertainment only — no real-money gambling
Chakri.Casino provides social casino-style digital entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes, goods or anything else of monetary value. No real money is required to play the current service.
Success or practice in these games does not indicate or improve the likelihood of success in real-money gambling.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, and permitted to use the service under the laws that apply where you live and access it. We may request reasonable age, identity, country or account checks.
- Use one personal account and provide accurate, current information.
- Do not create or use an account for another person.
- Do not use false details or tools intended to bypass age, location, security or account controls.
4. Account security
Keep your password and one-time codes private. Tell Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to secure the email address, mobile number and device connected to your account.
Authorised administrators may restrict access or reset credentials when needed for security or support. Administrators can replace a password but should never be able to see your existing password. Sensitive administrative actions are subject to role controls and audit records.
5. Virtual chips
Virtual chips are limited, revocable permissions to use features inside the service. They are not money, stored value, deposits, property, credit, securities or prizes. The current service does not sell virtual chips for money.
- Chips cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, refunded or redeemed for money, goods, services or prizes.
- Chips cannot be sold, gifted, traded, transferred between people or used outside Chakri.Casino.
- Third-party markets, chip sellers and offers to exchange chips are unauthorised.
- We may correct chip balances affected by error, abuse or invalid gameplay after reviewing the relevant records.
6. Game rules and results
Game-specific instructions explain how each title works. Server records are authoritative for accepted actions, results and chip balances. Visual effects are presentation only and do not change the recorded result.
If a fault, disconnection or duplicate action affects a round, we may void or correct the affected virtual-chip result after checking server logs. Use the complaints process if you disagree.
7. Fair use
Use the service for personal entertainment and follow the game rules.
- Do not cheat, collude, multi-account, automate play, scrape protected areas, reverse engineer, introduce malware or overload the service.
- Do not exploit a defect or keep chips you know resulted from an error.
- Do not harass others, impersonate a person, submit unlawful material or misuse Support.
- Do not access another account or attempt to bypass authentication, age, security or administrative controls.
8. Our content and licence to use the service
The software, artwork, game names, designs, text and trade marks used by the service belong to the operator or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Availability and changes
Games and features may be added, changed, paused or removed for maintenance, security, supplier, legal or product reasons. We will use reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability on every device or network.
Material changes to these Terms will be dated and communicated through the service. Where law or the nature of the change requires fresh agreement, we will ask before the change applies to your account.
10. Suspension, closure and review
We may temporarily restrict or close an account for security risk, inaccurate eligibility information, rule breaches, unlawful activity, misuse, prolonged inactivity or to comply with law. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to request review.
You may request an account break or closure through the signed-in Support centre. Closing an account ends access to virtual chips; it does not create a right to payment because chips have no monetary value.
11. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to digital services supplied with reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your device or network, or any supposed monetary value of virtual chips. Our responsibility remains subject to mandatory consumer law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you live elsewhere this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or court rights available in your home country.
Please use the Complaints Procedure first so we can investigate. Chakri.Casino does not claim a Gambling Commission licence or a gambling alternative-dispute-resolution scheme for this virtual-chip service.
