1. How to complain
Use signed-in Support where possible so the complaint is linked securely to your account. You can also email info@libertymarkets.uk with the subject “Chakri complaint” or write to the registered office. State the issue, relevant dates, the outcome you want and any account or round reference. Do not send a password, one-time code or unnecessary identity documents.
2. What happens next
We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 2 working days and provide a substantive response within 10 working days. Complex security, technical or third-party investigations may take longer; if so, we will explain the delay and next step.
3. Account and game review
A reviewer will examine relevant account, audit and server records. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision, correct a technical error, restore access, adjust a virtual-chip record or explain why no change is made.
4. Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, reply and request a final review by the operator. Chakri.Casino does not claim a Gambling Commission licence or gambling ADR membership. You may seek independent advice or use any consumer remedy available by law.
5. Privacy complaints
Mark the request “Privacy complaint” so it can be handled under the Privacy & GDPR Notice. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
6. Safety
Support is not an emergency service. If anyone is at immediate risk, contact local emergency or health services. For UK help with gambling-related harm, GamCare is available free 24/7 on 0808 8020 133.
